I’m Lauren Hill — but not that Lauryn Hill (though yes, I get the jokes, and yes, I appreciate the music genius — hence the titles of my wedding packages inspired by her iconic music). I’m your wedding celebrant, love storyteller, and Chief Love Officer (CLO) — here to make sure your ceremony is the heart and soul of your wedding, not just a formality before the party.
How I Got Here
Like many other professional officiants, I started as a friend officiant — a joke over wine turned into my calling. After that first ceremony, I was hooked. There’s nothing like witnessing two people, fully present, exchanging words that change everything. That’s when I knew: helping people celebrate love is what I’m meant to do.

Beyond weddings, I’m all about travel, family, coffee, and food - especially hunting for the best vein eats while navigating my vegan-ish journey.
I’m a Brooklyn girl through and through, and around here “Spread love, it’s the Brooklyn way” isn’t just a phrase—it’s how we move. It’s about showing up with heart, keeping it real, and making people feel at home. And that’s exactly what I bring to your wedding.

❣ I don’t just share a name with Lauryn Hill — I used to sing, and still do for fun. From silly songs with my niece to birthday serenades for vendors friends, music is just a part of me.
